The full program runs 3-4 months with one session per month. This pacing allows participants to integrate insights between sessions and create lasting transformation rather than surface-level change.

Sessions 1-3 can be booked individually, but we strongly recommend the full series for maximum impact. The final session (REALIGN) can only be booked as part of the complete journey — it's the integration piece that makes everything stick.

Absolutely. While the core framework remains consistent, we tailor examples, case studies, and application exercises to your industry, culture, and specific challenges.

Each workshop is typically a half or full day, depending on your preference. The between-session work is designed to integrate into daily leadership practices rather than add separate tasks.
